Ideally placed approximately 5 miles north of the M27 motorway with fast and easy access to east and west. It is also close to the M3 motorway,The Solent and River Hamble, being perfectly located for the yachting enthusiast as well as the commuter. Mainline rail connections are excellent with services from nearby Botley connecting with the Bournemouth-Waterloo line at Eastleigh, together with a mainline station at Southampton Airport Parkway.
